A Pharmacogenomics and Personalized Medicine Symposium occurred in Beirut, Lebanon, on June 3rd. The American University of Beirut, one of the OPPM program partners, organized the symposium and brought together national stakeholders to advance Pharmacogenomics in Lebanon and the region.
The symposium disseminated OPPM Program and the planned online certificate and diploma degree in Pharmacogenomics and Personalized Medicine among participants. The symposium was attended by biomedical scientists, hospital and general pharmacists, general and family practitioners, nurses, lab pathologists, students (Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical lab, and Medicine), regulators, healthcare insurers, and others interested in pharmacogenomics and personalized medicine.
